Welcome to Holy Trinity, Skipton
Holy Trinity stands at the top of Skipton's busy High Street, and is open from 8.30am until 4.30pm - feel free to spend some time in our peaceful place of worship, or maybe to visit the award-winning Refectory, 'Taste and See'. In summer the churchyard is open until 6.30, and on a sunny day is an ideal place to sit and enjoy the town.
Holy Trinity Church Appoints New Family Worker

To further develop its work in the local community, Holy Trinity has appointed a new Children and Young Families Worker. Julie Davies was commissioned by the Rector, The Rev. Canon Adrian Botwright, during morning service on Sunday 12 February.
Julie was born in Settle, but has lived for most of her life in Kelbrook, where she has served on the PCC at St Mary’s Church for 30 years and been a Church Warden for the last two. A graduate of Bradford University, she has worked previously as a Youth Worker within the Bradford Diocese and as a children’s therapist in a Lancashire school. She has two grown up children and a grandson.
Very enthusiastic about her new post, Julie is aiming to build church activities and fellowship which will appeal to parents and young children, particularly those who may have had previous links with Holy Trinity through, for example, weddings and baptisms; and to strengthen relations with other existing toddler and children’s organisations in the town.
The appointment was been made possible, in part, thanks to the generosity of the late Barbara Barrett, a committed, life-long member of Holy Trinity Church who will long be remembered by many in Skipton as a well loved Sunday School teacher.
Morning and Evening Prayer are said every day from Monday to Saturday at 9am and 4pm - you are welcome to join us - or visit the Prayer Corner, which is available throughout the day for quiet reflection.
Our Mission Statement
We are a community of Christians within a broad Anglican tradition
who worship in the church at the top of the High Street.
Our mission is to share the Spirit of Christ as a relevant, living force for good
in a compassionate and respectful way
